AMRAP Plus One "Strength"

AMRAP Plus One “Strength” program is built to develop powerful speed and dynamic strength under the bar for anyone looking to gain strength and confidence in their olympic lifting.

This program is for intermediate and advanced athletes only and will run 3 days a week for 12 weeks making it possible to supplement as an advanced athlete or for use on it’s own for the intermediate athlete.

In addition to the classic olympic lifting, we’ve added in your squatting and plyometric movements that will help develop a powerful pull and solid standing power for those sticky positions that we all struggle with.
