Tabata is a high intensity interval workout that was inspired by Dr. Izumi Tabata which mainly consists of an all-out extreme intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This cycle is repeated for 8 rounds or 4 minutes total. This style of workout improves both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of participants.
In addition to the Tabata workouts and it’s many variations, we have included scaled versions designed for all levels of fitness.
